Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Functions:

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients

  • Confident with cold calling and business to a business meeting with clients

  • Market to small, medium and large business accounts

  • Responsible for new business accounts, creating quote proposal and prospecting for new accounts.

  • Respond promptly to customer requests for service, including resolving billing, coverage, and underwriting issues.

  • Network to other businesses for cross-sell opportunity

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of sales or related insurance industry sales in commercial accounts

  • Require property & casualty license

  • Familiar with computer Microsoft office, outlook, words, excel, and EZlynz agency Management System

  • a strong business sense for problem solving

  • Bilingual is a plus


Personal Line Account Manager

Qualification:

  • Caring customer service skills to new and existing clients

  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude

  • Cross-sell new policies to existing clients and prospect for new clients

  • Analyze client insurance needs and suggest the appropriate insurance coverage options

  • Responsible for agency sales growth

  • Prepare new insurance quotes
